Orlando Window ProsPrivacy policy
Written in plain English. Here is exactly what our quote form collects, the one contractor who receives it, and how to make us stop.
You tell us about a window project. We hand it to one licensed, insured local window contractor who calls you about it. We do not sell your information to lead lists or data brokers, and we do not auction your request. Say stop and we stop.
1. What we collect
Almost everything we hold about you is something you typed into a quote form yourself. That is your name, your phone number, your email address, the city or neighborhood where the property sits, and whatever project details you choose to share, such as how many openings you are pricing, whether you are considering impact glass or standard replacement, and your timeline.
Alongside that, our hosting and form handling produce ordinary technical and usage data: the pages requested, the approximate location derived from an internet address, browser and device type, the referring link that brought you here, and the date and time of the submission. We do not ask for and do not want financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or health information. Please keep those out of a project description.
2. How we use it
There is one primary purpose, and it is the reason this site exists. Orlando Window Pros is an independent advertising and referral service. We use what you submit to connect you with a licensed, insured local window contractor partner who serves your area, so that the contractor can contact you about the project you described, schedule a free measure, and give you a written estimate. We are not the contractor, and the company that performs the work quotes and bills the job directly.
The secondary purpose is running the site: keeping forms working, blocking automated spam submissions, and learning which pages homeowners actually find useful. We do not build a profile about you, and we do not use your submission for advertising unrelated to your window project.
3. Who receives it
Three categories of recipient, and no others:
- The contractor partner serving your request. One request goes to one licensed, insured local window contractor. Not an auction, not a bidding pool, not five companies racing to your phone.
- Our form processing vendor. Web3Forms receives your submission in transit and delivers it to us. It is plumbing, not an audience.
- Anyone the law requires. If a valid legal process demands records, we comply. Better you hear that now than later.
Analytics tooling may be added at launch, most likely Google Analytics, to count visits and traffic sources. If that happens, this policy will say so and carry a new effective date.
We do not sell it. We do not rent it. We do not feed it to lead lists, data brokers, or shared marketplaces where the same request gets resold to whoever pays most that hour. If that is the business you were bracing for, it is not this one.
4. Consent and contact preferences
The consent language printed directly above the submit button on our free quotes form governs how you may be contacted. In short: by submitting, you agree that Orlando Window Pros and its licensed local window contractor partner may reach you by phone, text, or email at the contact information you provided, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
You can withdraw that consent at any time. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts. Tell a caller to remove you and the call should end there. Under Florida's telephone solicitation law (Fla. Stat. 501.059), a solicitor must honor a STOP reply within 15 days, and we treat revocations as effective the moment we receive them. We keep timestamped records of the consent you gave and of any revocation, because being able to prove which is which protects you as much as it protects us.
5. How long we keep it
We retain quote submissions as the business record of a referral: what was requested, when, which contractor partner received it, and what consent was in place. Those records also underpin the consent proof above, so we do not purge them on a short clock.
If you would rather we did not hold your information, ask. Send the request through the form on this site, tell us the name and phone number you submitted with, and we will delete what we hold wherever the law allows us to. Some records tied to consent or to a legal obligation may have to stay. Anything the contractor partner keeps in their own system is governed by their privacy practices, so ask them too.
6. Cookies, fonts, and map tiles
This site sets no tracking cookies of its own today, and no advertising pixel follows you from page to page here.
Some elements do load from other providers, and those providers see the request your browser makes. Typeface files come from Google Fonts. The interactive service area map on this site draws its map tiles from CARTO using OpenStreetMap data, and the Leaflet software that runs the map loads from the unpkg content delivery network. Loading a font, a script, or a map tile means your browser contacts that provider directly, which reveals your internet address to them, and their own policies apply. If analytics is added later, it may set cookies, and this section will be updated to say so.
7. Children
This site is meant for homeowners pricing window work. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child submitted information through our form, use the site form to tell us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the revised version gets posted on this page with a new effective date at the top. Material changes, such as adding analytics or changing who receives your submission, will be reflected here before they take effect in practice. The date at the top of this page is always the version that governs.
9. How to contact us
Questions about this policy, deletion requests, and opt out requests all go through the form on our free quotes page. Write your question in the project details box and we will route it. More about how this site works lives on our about page, and the rules of using it live in our terms.
