Terms of use

Written to be read, not to be skipped. Five minutes here tells you what this site is, how it earns money, what it will never take money for, and exactly what you agree to when you send us a form.

Effective August 20, 2026. These terms of use are an agreement between you and Orlando Window Pros (the operator of this website). By using this site, or submitting any form on it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The short version
  • We are an advertising and referral service, not a contractor.
  • You contract directly with the licensed contractor who does the work.
  • Contractors pay us flat or per introduction advertising fees, never a cut of your project.
  • Insurance claim work is excluded from this service completely.

1. What this service is

Orlando Window Pros is an independent advertising and referral service. We publish research about window replacement in the Orlando metro and introduce homeowners to licensed, insured local window contractors.

We are not a contractor. We do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any construction work, and we do not sell or install windows. Consistent with Florida contractor licensing law (Fla. Stat. ch. 489), this site never advertises Orlando Window Pros as available to act in the capacity of a contractor.

All installation is performed by independent licensed contractors. When you accept a bid you contract directly with that contractor, and price, scope, schedule, permitting, workmanship, and warranty sit between the two of you. We are not a party to that agreement and have no authority to bind or direct any contractor.

We introduce. We do not vouch. Licensure and insurance status can change, so verify the license number on your written estimate before you sign.

2. No professional advice

Everything published here is general education, not advice about your house, your policy, or your permit. We are not attorneys, insurance agents, licensed contractors, or tax advisors.

Cost figures are attributed ranges from published Florida pricing guides, plus illustrative estimates from our calculators. They are not quotes or offers, and no contractor is bound by them. Only a written estimate from the contractor who will perform the work is a real number. Full attribution lives on our Orlando window cost guide.

Program facts change and the official sources govern. My Safe Florida Home grant funding is subject to available funding and legislative appropriation, and grant approval must come before construction begins; confirm current availability at mysafeflhome.com. Wind mitigation insurance credits are set by your insurer's filed rates. Code requirements are parcel specific, and your city or county building department is the authority for your address.

3. Referrals and how we are paid

Contractors who advertise with us may pay a flat advertising fee or a fee per introduction, agreed in advance.

Our fees are never contingent on your project price. We are not paid a percentage of what you spend, and no contractor can pay to be shown ahead of another based on job size. Being listed with us is advertising, not an endorsement or a guarantee of quality or price.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT OR PAY ANY FEE FOR REFERRAL OF SERVICES PAYABLE FROM PROPERTY INSURANCE PROCEEDS.

Insurance claim work is excluded from this service entirely, consistent with Fla. Stat. 489.147. We do not solicit claim work, arrange contractors for claim funded projects, or accept compensation connected to work paid from property insurance proceeds. If your project is a claim, work directly with your insurer and a contractor of your own choosing.

4. Communications consent

Submitting a form on this site constitutes prior express written consent as described in that form's consent language: you agree that Orlando Window Pros and its licensed local window contractor partner may contact you about your project by phone, text, or email at the contact information you provide, including with automated technology.

Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or tell us on a call or by email and we will honor it, consistent with Fla. Stat. 501.059. Message and data rates may apply. We keep a timestamped record of consent and of any opt out.

Submit only contact information you are authorized to provide. What we do with it is described in our privacy policy.

5. Acceptable use
